Understanding trauma

An introduction to what is meant by ‘trauma’ within the context of Mental Health.

This 2 hour workshop also explores the impact that trauma can have on the brain. We will look at how understanding more about trauma can help to reduce stigma, as well as what longer term treatment can do to help.
